PACE Compliance

- Uploading completed CY 2024 MLR Reports to HPMS. The functionality for this will be available from November 7, 2025.
- Submitting these reports by 11:59 PM PST on December 5, 2025.
- Completing and submitting attestations for CY 2024 MLR Reports in HPMS starting from December 8, 2025, and no later than 11:59 PM PST on December 17, 2025.
