This memorandum serves as a reminder that the deadline for submitting the Summary 2018 DIR Report for the 2018 reopening is 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT) on Monday, July 31, 2023. It is highly recommended that if you intend to submit a 2018 Summary DIR Report and have not submitted it, you do so immediately to ensure successful submission by the deadline. Please refer to the April 30, 2019 Health Plan Management System (HPMS) memorandum titled “Revised Final Medicare Part D DIR Reporting Guidance for 2018” for the data submission instructions.
