The purpose of this memorandum is to provide an overview of changes to the Plan Benefit Package (PBP) submission for Medicare-Medicaid Plans (MMPs) for contract year (CY) 2024 and to direct MMPs to CY 2017 guidance that remains unchanged for CY 2024.
