CMS announces the release of preliminary Medicare Part C and D past performance results in advance of the 2025 application cycle. These preliminary results cover an eight-month lookback period of March 1 through October 31, 2023. These preliminary results are available in HPMS and were determined in accordance with 42 CFR §§ 422.502(b) and 423.503(b).
