As described in the April 2023 Part C and D final rule, to prepare plans for implementation of the Health Equity Index (HEI) reward beginning with the 2027 Star Ratings, we are providing HEI calculations beginning with the 2024 Star Ratings. Confidential contract-level data are now available in HPMS for plan sponsors. Early next year we plan to release additional information with aggregated results from these calculations.
